Natural Culture Studios provides professional photography, videography, and content creation services for individuals, brands, influencers, and travelers. We also offer studio rentals, creative experiences, and digital deliverables.

2. Bookings and Deposits

• All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

• You will receive a confirmation email with session details upon payment of the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your session at least 48 hours in advance.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• In the event that Natural Culture Studios must reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer flexible rescheduling options.

4. Turnaround Time and Deliverables

• Delivery of edited content (photos, videos, reels) typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on the project.

• Expedited delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

• Only final edited content will be delivered unless RAW footage/images are purchased as an add-on.

5. Usage Rights and Licensing

• Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights depending on the service selected.

• Natural Culture Studios retains the right to use images and video for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If you wish to restrict public use of your images/videos, please notify us prior to your session.

6. Studio Use and Behavior

• Studio renters and clients must respect the space and staff.

• Any damage to equipment or property during your session will be the responsibility of the client and may incur fees.

7. Creative Direction

• Natural Culture Studios maintains a specific creative style and standard. While we welcome collaboration, final creative decisions regarding lighting, editing, and direction remain with the Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Digital purchases (e.g., edited photos, videos, reels) are non-refundable once delivered.

• It is the client’s responsibility to download and back up their files once delivered. Download links expire after 30 days.
