Custom or Made-to-Order Items (e.g., framed prints, personalized art) may require up to 10–14 business days for processing.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and size.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic (Colombia): 3–10 business days after shipment

International (U.S. & other countries): 7–21 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or courier issues beyond our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your package through the courier’s website.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping on select products. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Natural Culture Studios is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged:

We will offer a replacement or store credit based on the issue
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us. We will do our best to locate it or work with the courier to resolve the matter.
6. Returns & Exchanges
All artwork, prints, and custom items are made to order and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not offer returns on apparel or merchandise unless the product is defective or sent in error.
