Refund policy

At Natural Culture Studios, we strive to deliver exceptional service and high-quality content for all of our clients. Due to the nature of our work—creative labor, scheduling, and digital deliverables—our refund policy is as follows:


1. Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a session, service, or package are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date and time, and compensate for pre-production preparation, studio time, and missed opportunities to book other clients.


2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session may be eligible for a credit, which can be used toward a future session within 60 days, based on availability.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are not eligible for refund or credit.

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.


3. No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for a confirmed appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule credit.


4. Digital Products & Deliverables

  • Once edited photos, videos, reels, or any digital files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • RAW files, if purchased, are considered final and non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the final product, you may contact us within 3 business days of delivery to request a revision. All revision requests are subject to our discretion and may incur additional editing fees.


5. Studio Rentals

  • Studio rental fees are non-refundable once booked.

  • Rentals may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.


6. Staff Substitutions

In the event the lead photographer or videographer is unavailable, a trained team member may be assigned. This does not qualify for a refund unless the service was not rendered at all.


7. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The studio is unable to fulfill the service due to internal error or complete cancellation without rescheduling options.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
